Our tradition of quality service started in 1904, and we’ve been helping our neighbors stay warm and comfortable ever since. One way we do this is through our service guarantees:

• No run-out guarantee. If you’re an automatic delivery customer, you will never run out of oil. If we slip up, we’ ll deliver your fuel immediately and start your burner for FREE. Plus, your next 50 gallons of oil will be FREE.

• Fast emergency service. If you have an after-hours no-heat emergency and our technician isn’ t at your home or hasn’t contacted you within an hour of your call, the service call is FREE.

• Punctuality. If you’ve made an appointment with us to perform service work, we’ ll make every effort to be on time. If we’re running late, we promise to call and let you know. If we don’ t contact you, the service call is “on the house”.

• Guaranteed Repairs. Our technicians are trained and licensed professionals who use the latest tools and diagnostic equipment. They take pride in their work. If you ever have to call us back to your home because we didn’ t fix the problem right the first time, the labor is FREE for the second visit.

• Quality Installations. We stand behind all of the heating equipment we sell and install. We provide a one-year warranty for all parts and workmanship. With our unique Security Blanket Plan, this protection can be extended—at absolutely no charge–to five full years.
